In my role as the Business & IT Traineeship Program Manager at Philips, I am responsible for attracting digital native young talents to join the Philips health technology journey. Our program aims at creating diversity and inclusion of all aspects of IT and offers passionate young talents the stages to thrive and create impacts. My expertise is in talent development, community engagement, stakeholder management, and event planning from a high-level keynote speech to workshops.
I am an active member of the Philips #bethechange network, driving sustainability initiatives across the organization and supporting inclusion and diversity movement bottom up. I also spoke on behalf of the millennial on the panel discussion on the International Women’s Day event.
