Chris Upjohn
Chris is a Principal in Mercer’s Career business and leads the overall go-to-market strategy for the business covering all aspects of Mercer’s Compensation and Benefits, Engagement and HR Effectiveness work. Alongside this, Chris partners with senior HR leaders to support Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, Workforce Analytics and HR Transformation. Finally, Chris is responsible for the engagement and growth of Mercer Marsh Benefits Technology and Internet Industry networks and products in the Netherlands. He lives in the Netherlands with his wife and two young children.
